Instructions for use

Surface preparation

To start grouting the tiles, a minimum of 24 hours from tiling should be respected (minimum 4 hours only if a fast-setting adhesive like webercol F1 or webercol fast has been used for tiling). The grooves between all external and internal surfaces to be grouted must be sound and thoroughly cleaned before the application of weberjoint perfect. All traces of oil or grease must be removed. All loose particles of mortar or tile adhesive in the grooves must be physically removed. The gap width between tiles must be between 1.5 and 20mm.

Product preparation

Mix 5 kg of weber.joint perfect with 1.2 to 1.3 L of water. An electric mixer with low rotation speed (<300 rpm) should be used.Mix until a uniform lump free paste is obtained. It is important to let the paste rest for a minute before starting the application.

Product application

Apply weberjoint perfect with a rubber spatula into the joints by filling all the gaps. Remove surplus grout with a damp sponge. Use the product within a maximum of 45 min (depending on temperature) after mixing. When the grout is dry, clean the tiles with a dry cloth. In case of hot or windy conditions, it is recommended to dampen the joint a few hours after application of weber.joint perfect (cover the area, and use cool water to mix weber.joint perfect). Do not spray water under high pressure and avoid using any chemical cleaning agent on the grout until 3 days after the application.

Clean the tools with water after use. Cured materials can only be removed mechanically.
