Instructions for use
The slurry or mortar is obtained by mixing a 25 kg bag of weber.tec 301 PC with 2.75 to 3.25 L of clean water for flowable consistency. Add the powder to the water and mix for 3 minutes. To ensure a homogeneous and uniform mix, an electric mixer must be used.
Clean the concrete substrate or the area between the forms. Pour weber.tec 301 PC continuously, in one direction to avoid air pockets. The maximum grouting thickness per layer is 6 cm.
For bedding of precast panels, build a solid leak-proof formwork. Moisten the surface with water prior to pouring materials the material should be applied on damp but not wet substrate.
Protect the work against rapid drying from wind, sun and excessive heat by using a curing compound like weber.ad cure WT or weber.ad cure Y 20 or by covering with properly secured plastic sheeting.
Environmental and Safety
The product contains cement powders which, when mixed with water, release alkalis that could be harmful to the skin. It is preferable that the application be done in a ventilated area, and to wear protective gear for hands, eyes and respiratory system and to avoid breathing of the dust. Splashes on the skin should be washed away by cleaning thoroughly with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention. The product is non-flammable
